Wise County Sub Courthouse — Courthouse in Boyd

Ive been shopping at this store since it opened but have never had to do an exchange until today....i bought two pairs of jeans saturday at bogo 1/2 off....one pair was straight leg one was slim boot same size same brand same price. My daughter didnt care for the bootcut so i took that pair back expecting an even exchange? No they want to charge me?? I have never had a store charge when u have ur reciept due to the bogo sale being over...not my fault ur bogo lasts one day. According to corporate each store gets to make thier own rules so i wouldnt recommend this store to anyone since they dont value thier customers!!

Love the clothing, prices and workers are very sweet

Staff was very helpful to my wife and the selection is backed up by the right sizes being in stock. We'll probably go back sometime even though it's a good ways away from home.

Worker was very rude, needed to take stuff back, even though we waited in line- she helped the people behind us instead. Felt interrogated with the questions she was asking about the returns.
