The old man is a pos, he lied about vacancies. His park is nasty. Upon driving through there we seen a syringe in the rv slot. I would stay at the city dump before staying there.
The only time you will be able to get in contact with the owner is when you owe rent. Very rude and unhelpful if you can get in contact. If you want to live here get a po box because As far as mail goes she will basically tell you to piss off. Do you want help during office hours? Guess what, no one will be here. If you love stray cats this is the place to be though.
